- One season in a landscaping labourer / nursery / horticulture position
- Willing to learn and gain new experiences
- Hard working with a good professional work ethic
- Team player
- Respectful of others
- Safety conscience
- Driver's license and transportation
The following are qualifications which will open doors for you in the Landscaping industry further to the above:
- Certification / Diploma / Degree in a horticulture related field
- Training or certification in use of Bobcat, Mini Excavator, and small power equipment
- Irrigation installation and repair experience / certification
- Experience in a leadership / foreman position
- Pavers and stone work experience
- Basic carpentry skills
- Mechanically inclined
